((He used to be afraid of thunderstorms because of the lighting. The flashes of light were too much for his eyes to handle, which sometimes ended up getting him blind (or nearly blind) for some seconds, which terrified him. The sounds also scared him lots.

During thunderstorms, he’d panic, hide and cry until it was over. Or at least, until he fell asleep.))
