Adding on to the whole diet thing. I understand the feeling of having to lose weight. When i first got into the kpop fandom i thoughts ulzzangs were too skinny But as i kept on being sucked into the black pit of kpop It turned from scary unhealthy- to an ideal image of myself. im considered skinny already but in my head i wasn't skinny enough. So i starved myself but that got me no where but tired. eating healthy and exercise is really the only way. Learn to love ur body. u r one of a kind. <3
