how many times have you dislocated your knee ?

I’ve dislocated it for the first time when I was about 5 or 6 years old. Since then every year about 3-4 times.

Around 25 it started to be more stable and would only pop out about once or twice a year. However, it would get stuck and I wouldn’t manage to fix it on my own anymore.

So, I guess around 60 times? (I’m 29 now)

After waking up with a dislocated knee and having to call an ambulance only dressed in a shirt, I decided to get the surgery.
