I made a brand new recipe for my dinner tonight. I made the Swiss enchiladas using the recipe from @patijinich. I loved it!!! I didn't have the bone-in skin-on chicken breasts, but I will day that the broth that I made using the boneless skinless chicken breasts turned out really well. I have a blender that my grandparents had, but I didn't get the sauce as smooth as it should be. I made a brand new recipe for my dinner tonight. I made a new version of @patijinich chile rellenos, which doesn't involve frying them. I'm pretty sure that if I had made this for my mom, she would have loved it. I made these for dinner tonight. I know that they look like tacos, but they aren't. I made @patijinich's pork tenderloin enchiladas, and they were really good!!! I had my mom taste the sauce each time that I did things to the sauce. Mi pobre mamá ha estado enferma todo el fin de semana. Hoy fue un buen día para hacer caldos. De hecho, hice dos tipos de mi libro de cocina mexicano favorito. @patijinich gentilmente me envió una copia autografiada de su libro. Look at what I made for dinner tonight!!!! I made @patijinich's chies rellenos for my mom and me. I only did four for us, but I froze the other four for another time. When I went shopping, I couldn't find poblano chiles, so I used pasilla chiles, which weren't as hot as others could be. #patismexicantable #chilesrellenos #thisrecipeisakeeper 👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌☺☺☺

Last night, I made @patijinich's carnitas and it was amazingly good!!! It was the first time that I've made carnitas,and my mom told me that this #recipe is a keeper. I also made the salsa that goes with it - which does have avocado in it, and avocado is something that I don't normally eat - but this salsa was very good, and the avocado flavor wasn't as pronounced as just eating an avocado. #patismexicantable #pork #yum #iwillmakethisagain
