Daily MCO Drink #667: BABY GUINNESS, made with 30ml Patron XO Café Liqueur, with 20ml Arran Gold cream liqueur layered on top in a shotglass. Looks like a baby glass of Guinness, doesn’t taste remotely like a Guinness, unfortunately. Funnily enough I didn’t hate it as much as I thought. Maybe because The Arran Gold is not as sweet as Bailey’s (I also used 20ml instead of 15ml loke many recipes recommend), and the Patron XO Cafe is way better tasting than Kahlua.
