I'll explain the changes under the cut, if anyone is interested, what do y'all think of the new design?

I changed his face. I wanted to make him look kind of like Dr Doof, so I gave him the nose but it wasn't working. And without the nose his glasses looked weird, but I couldn't quite let them go so I turned them into goggles.

Changed his lab coat, he looked a little too much like a jeweler or a blacksmith before. I also added a belt, no real reason, I just like belts

I switched the colors of his pants and his boots, I just figured since I was going to give him black gloves I might as well give him black boots.

I made the gloves better, made them both longer and more dark. And yes, he is wearing two different gloves. As a mad scientist, he is pretty scatterbrained and can kind of forget things on the fly when he gets distracted by a new project. He keeps bouncing between whatever project he wants to do on a whim. He also forgets where he keeps leaving his gloves so he just puts on whatever ones he can find even if they don't match (you ever have that one sock that's always missing for no reason so you never have a matching pair?)

I changed the way his legs work. They just looked a little too human for me before, so I did them differently. I basically changed his whole body shape to be me more interesting

I put an eye on his coat. Here's a question: is the eye a design on his jacket or part of his body?

He has 9 flower pedals. For the sake of consistency, I made sure he has 9.

I wanted him to be a little bit more intimidating but no too threatening, I feel like I accomplished that here.

Would Paul and Andy be friends? I imagine that he'd wonder why a teenager is running a farm by myself.

Paul would probably try to take Andy under his wing as much as he could. He has lived a life with its own hardships and loneliness, he wouldn't want a kid to go through anything like that. (Plus he's just got those parental instincts and tends to go into "dad mode")

I imagine Andy would be pretty intimidated by/afraid of Paul at first (most people are) but would warm up to him eventually

I think they'd become friends eventually

I've been in a Halloween mood, been thinking of Halloween character ideas. A (maybe) comic idea I'm having: Paul's Pumpkin Patch. Inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas, Andy's Apple Farm, scarecrows/jack-o-lanterns and an actual pumpkin patch I used to go to called "McCall's Pumpkin Patch" (haven't been in a while because it's far).

I feel like I have a lot of OC stories that I just don't post about, so maybe having people push me into actually explaining this shit will encourage me to make stuff.
