I don't really know how to explain it but?? I can try!

Step one: I have to put foundation, primer, and eyeshadow on my eyelid so the eyeliner won't go into my creases cause I have really oily skin so that helps it to stay better idk

Step two: start at the tip of the wing about halfway between your eyebrow and the outer corner of your eye (or lower or higher depending on how long you want the wing to be) and draw a slightly curved line down to the outer corner of the eye. then do another line starting from the tip of the line you just drew and move down to a little farther than the middle of your top lid, and make it thinner as you go

Step three: fill in the lines carefully and fix any messy parts.

Important: I don't do one eye at a time, I do each step on both eyes one after the other so it's more likely to be even

Then I just put on mascara and I'm good to go!
