Happy Independence day Kosovo!!! I wish you a full independence after all the years of suffering and longing for a country of your own. I pray for my people! So far 99 UN members-countries recognized Kosovo with Egypt being the last one.
At a joint news conference, Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and Deputy of the President of Egypt, Pakinam Hassan Khalil El Sharkawy, announced that the country has recognized the independence of Kosovo.
In Pristina, it is estimated that this recognition is significant and that opens the door for other recognition by Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation
