"Babyyyyyy!" Leo called as he waded sideways through the crowd at the bar to find Paxton, holding a colorfully-named cocktail in each hand.
He was quick to put one in Pax's hand, with a quiet "for you," so he was free to grab his chin between his thumb and forefinger, turning his head this way and that as he pressed small kisses all over his boyfriend's face.
Leo was lightly buzzed, basking in all of the attention for the birthday boy, and still riding high off the inherent elation that came from a surprise party. He felt like he could've drowned in the sentimentality he felt being surrounded by people he loved at a party carefully curated by his boyfriend.
"I don't know how many times I can say thank you for this, but thank you. This is really so awesome. God, you're the best." He placed a long, loud kiss to Paxton's cheek. "The best!"
