On revient sur les travaux de la maison pour s'attaquer à la chape liquide qui viendra accueillir un béton ciré ! Ambiance loft assurée :)

Première étape, la mousse polyuréthane projetée. Rien de mieux qu'une bonne isolation ! On peut dire aurevoir à toutes les gaines électriques et au réseau d'eau qui se retrouve dessous.

On tire les réseaux du PCBT (Plancher Chauffant Basse Température). L'avantage du PCBT est que la dalle en béton emmagasine et restitue la chaleur par rayonnement. Le plancher ne chauffe que la matière, cela évite de chauffer l'air, ce qui est vite économique. Donc plus de problème d'accumulation d'air chaud ainsi que de mal de jambes.

Et hop on coule la chape liquide qui viendra supporter, dans plusieurs semaines, le béton ciré !
