The song that plays on the title screen of the Japanese version of Final Zone II.
The instrumentation seems to be much different in the Japanese version as opposed to the English one. The vocals seem to be much more passionate and professional. Regardless, this version is different in tone and gives the theme a much more 90′s Mecha anime feel.

The curious thing about this song is that it actually has vocals that have been adapted into English! Keep in mind that this is from the year 1990; normally they would just cut costs and remove the lyrics. Unfortunately, the vocals themselves are extremely laughable and sound more like they got the English voice cast to sing it while drunk. The Japanese version has a little bit more effort put into it.
