✧ 1. FIVE THINGS I LOVED THIS WEEK
✦ Raspberry & Melon with Yogurt Ice Cream literally tasted like summer in a cup… refreshing AND emotionally healing? yes.
✦ Watching people paint i don’t know why but painter-TikTok feels like a warm hug. brushstrokes = serotonin.
✦ Scrolling through Pinterest fell into a 2-hour aesthetic hole and i regret nothing. boards updated. soul restored.
✦ Listening to my study playlist again the nostalgia?? the comfort?? the productivity illusion?? i loved it.
✦ My friend’s makeup (i’m her #1 fan) she blended… she slayed… she conquered. and i applauded like a proud mother.
✧ 2. FASHION FIX: CLOTHES I’D BUY AGAIN
Grey Straight Jeans — the underrated icon
Why they slayed: simple? yes. basic? absolutely not. these jeans go with EVERYTHING. as a lightskin girlie it’s sometimes a quest from God to find colors that flatter me — but these?? they said versatile queen and walked out victorious.
(the waist is too wide and the legs are criminally long but we don’t talk about that.) Would I buy them again? screaming, crying, throwing money = YES.

Watched with my mom and omg the TENSION??? the puzzles??? the stress?? Taylor Russell did not come to play, she came to SERVE psychological thriller realness. Suspenseful in the best way — my heart rate said “girl pls.”

✧ 4. A THOUGHT I CAN’T SHAKE
maths… my eternal nemesis… yet this week she was surprisingly gentle to me?? i studied, i stressed, i cried mentally, but somehow the exam went smoothly?? like the universe glitched for a second.
it made me think about how hard i try sometimes with little results… but also how giving up is NOT the move. step by step, i will slay maths this year. 🧮✨ i will shatter the crystal box i trap myself in. and if math ruins my life again, at least i’ll look cute doing it.
