Apples with peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks! The only downside about peanut butter is a normal serving of 2 tbsp contains around 190 calories, and let’s be honest 2 tbsp doesn’t go far when using it as dip. To get my peanut butter fix (without all the calories) I have started using peanut powder. Just add some water and boom- peanut butter! The 4 tbsp serving you see on my plate is only 100 calories, has 10g of protein and tastes amazing! If you’re peanut butter obsessed (like me ) I recommend giving it a try!
