Peanut Butter Fudge Puddles are irresistibly delicious cookies with a soft peanut butter base and a rich fudgy center. They combine the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate in a perfect bite-sized treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Stir in the baking soda and salt until fully combined. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Press down the center of each cookie ball with your thumb to create a well. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. While the cookies are baking, prepare the filling. In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Once the cookies are out of the oven, gently press down the center of each cookie again to reinforce the well. Fill the wells of the cookies with the prepared chocolate mixture. Allow the cookies to cool and the chocolate filling to set before serving. Enjoy these delightful Peanut Butter Fudge Puddles!
