@peculiarpotter:
Albus was still on his knees in the corridor, gasping for breath, trying not to throw up. Someone had cursed him with his back turned — someone who, no doubt, got a kick out of attacking the Potter boy — and now his insides were RACKED with pain, as though they were trying to turn themselves inside out.
“Who… who was it?” he choked out, not knowing or caring that people were now crowding around, trying to get a look at him.
“Don’t you lot have somewhere to be?” Theo snapped at the dawdling students. “Standing here gawking won’t get you to class on time.”
The crowd around them quickly began to thin; Professor Nott had given detention for less. Kneeling down beside Albus, she began to perform the counter-curse. “I didn’t see,” she said apologetically. “But rest assured, I will be investigating. This is unacceptable.”

Scorpius barely spared a glance at Albus when he entered the room. He was too absorbed in reading his Potions textbook ( yes, he’d actually been walking through the corridors with a book held in front of his face - and yes, he had bumped into quite a few people, and at least one ghost ) and trying to figure out how he was supposed to write two rolls of parchment on the properties of dittany.
“Hmm?” He put down the book on his bed and looked over at his friend. He was startled at first - he hadn’t been expecting it - but only for a moment. It had made him jump, though. That was kind of embarrassing. He probably SHOULD have been expecting Albus to try to scare him, really, given what day it was. “Is that James’s cloak, or something from your uncle’s shop?” he asked, trying to pretend that he hadn’t been surprised. Play it cool, Scorpius.
“Take it off, Al. It’s a little creepy. Have you really lost your Charms essay?”

During her first four years at Hogwarts, Theodora didn’t pay much attention to Harry Potter. Sure, he was a rule-breaking git and unfairly favoured by most of the professors, and Draco spent far too much time complaining about him, but on the whole she really didn’t care about what Potter was up to. Her attention was much more focused on her rivalry with Hermione Granger.
That changed with the return of the Dark Lord. When she returned home for the summer of 1995, she found that her father had begun spending nights away from home, not returning until the small hours of the morning. Theo wasn’t stupid. She knew what was going on. But she kept her mouth shut; she wouldn’t betray her father.
Of course, Harry Potter spent all of 5th Year insisting that the Dark Lord had returned and, worse, publicly naming Theo’s father as a Death Eater. She kept her eye on Potter, but didn’t deign to acknowledge the accusations. Potter had no proof, after all.
Then Potter and his friends fought the Death Eaters in the Department of Mysteries, and suddenly there was proof: Theo’s father, badly injured, was caught at the scene, arrested, tried, convicted, and tossed into Azkaban to rot.
Furious with Potter and his friends and placing the blame for her father’s incarceration at their feet, Theo spent 6th Year hating Harry Potter. She knew better than to start an altercation – Potter would surely be deemed innocent by his adoring professors – but if she could have gotten away with seriously hurting him, she’d have done it in a heartbeat. She wanted him dead.
When the Dark Lord finally moved into the open and Harry Potter disappeared, Theo was at first relieved, because it meant that her father was able to break free from Azkaban and return home. But Hogwarts under the Dark Lord’s regime was a hellish nightmare and, slowly, Theo secretly began to hope that Potter was the Chosen One, because that would mean that there was someone out there who had a chance at stopping the Dark Lord’s atrocities.
By the time the Battle of Hogwarts happened, Theo had gone from being angry Harry Potter to being angry at her father. Not angry enough to fight for Hogwarts – she loved her father too much to ever take up her wand against him – but angry enough not to intervene when he was captured once more in the aftermath of the battle.
She’s still angry at her father. But Harry Potter, the Chosen One, the Boy Who Lived…
Well, she wouldn’t invite him for tea, but on the whole he’s not so bad.

send one for a kind gesture;
He could see she was struggling to reach the bat spleens in the student store cupboard, but Albus didn’t know how he was supposed to help.
“I’d offer to grab it for you but I don’t think I’m gonna reach it either.
No, I know, hold still. Mobilicorpus!”
Albus did his best to keep her steady as she rose a few inches off the ground.
Valerie yelped slightly when she was suddenly lifted off the ground. Being small made her look cute but it wasn’t helpful for getting ingredients.
Her head whipped to look over at the voice that cast the spell and saw Albus.
“Th-Thank you...”
Val grabbed the bat spleens and waited for him to get her back on the ground.
