i also have this theory about the 'mary' part of her name coming from the virgin mary - a.k.a. the mother of the savior

I’m not personally looking to make any religious comparisons on OUAT, firstly because I’m not equipped to do so, being Jewish and relatively agnostic anyway, but just on a basic level I do see the grounds for a Virgin Mary comparison. That said, that’s all I’ll say on the matter.
