holiday booked for feb&march, been given some excursive stuff to review so I can see how this affects my pain, exercise has helped me so much in coping with pain and I've started getting abs back, so at least ill be able to blitz my body for all the excessive weight that has been comfort food.
Have also started a no carb/all raw vegan diet to see how this counter balances with toxins in my bladder from PID, lots of girls have found relief through this but I’m yet to see results.
