I just wanna say that as a bisexual I casually call myself gay all the time. I don't ship adlock I just don't agree with you that the concept of Irene possibly being bi/pan/whatever is completely ridiculous

Idk might just be me here going out on a limb but in BBC “Sherlock,” in what was a fairly serious and heavily emotionally-charged scene, I highly highly doubt Irene was just CASUALLY calling herself gay for the heck of it. LIKE IDK MIGHT JUST BE ME BUT SEEMS LIKE THAT MIGHT NOT BE APPROPRIATE IN THE GIVEN CONTEXT ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
