*throws Penny and Dad RHM at you*
The sun was shining brightly in the sky as a young Penny Copperbottom was skipping through the Airship, waiting for her dad and pops to get back from some mission they went on. They had made plans to hang out for the day and Penny couldn't wait.
She heard the familiar commotion of Toppats and quickly charged through the crowd, ready to tackle her dad in a hug. But as Penny got closer, she saw the frightening sight of crimson on the floor, leaking out of the returned escape pod.
The escape pod door flew open, and a man hidden in a cloak walked out, leaving two figures slumped over in the pod. One look from Penny and she gasped, stumbling backwards from the sight. Her fathers, murdered.
The figure in the cloak only chuckled at Penny's tears globbing down her face, pulling out a rather large sword from practically thin air. Penny saw the sword coming towards her and ran, a chunk of her red hair being cut through.
The Airship felt suddenly cold and empty as Penny ran, the cloaked figure giving chase. Penny screamed for helped as she ran, having no way to defend herself.
Penny felt her foot snag something, causing her to hit the ground hard. Penny could only turn enough to see the figure lift their sword and swing it towards her scared body. All Penny could do was close her eyes and scream.
Penny felt herself being shaken as she opened her eyes, her adrenalin still pumping. It took a minute for Penny to realize that she was in her room, and about another minute to realize her dad was there also, probably hearing her thrash during her nightmare.
"That sounded like a hell of a nightmare, Penny. You ok?" Right Hand Man looked at his daughter with concern in his eyes. Penny took some deep breaths before answering "I'm fine, dad. It was just a silly stupid nightmare that I know will never ever come true. Like the nightmare of Macbeth destroying all chocolate chip cookies."
Right somehow knew his daughter's nightmare wasn't just a silly nightmare, but decided not to press the issue. Right just gave Penny a big fatherly hug, before a smile reached his face.
"Hey Penny, you want to meet Jaques while we are up?" Penny's eyes lit up as she quickly got out of her bed, with Right only laughing at his daughter's eagerness. "Jaques is the biggest, most fluffiest dog you have ever seen. And don't worry, your pops don't know I snuck him here yet."
Penny happily followed her dad, the morning sun having not risen yet and the awful nightmare slowly melting away from Penny's memory.
