Her personality, of course!

Penny Packett is a sly character with charismatic qualities and a taste for trouble. She loves being devious and playful, it's just in her nature!

She tends to be "the funny one" in the friend group and takes great pride in making people laugh and smile. Most of the off-the-wall things she says are a joke. However when she isn't able to get a good laugh out of a stressful situation, she loses a sense of self worth.

Her shape and attitude confuse many people into thinking she is a teenager, but she is really an adult.

Her scarf is her big lucky item, and without it, she doesn't feel like "Penny"

(she also trips a lot because of her chipped wheel)
