The hive Renaissance

In the wake of the imprisonment of Wasp, and the dismantling of the breath of evil the newly elected queen Jewel was faced with 3 very angry tribes. 3 angry tribes that wanted vengeance on the dragons and systems that wronged them.

So many dragon wanted to see the hives fall, to watch them burn to the ground. But theses are the homes of thousands of dragons and rebuilding from such devastation would be nearly impossible.

So queen Jewel formed another plan.

She sent messengers to each of the hives bearing a message.

She acknowledges the anger felt but instructed her citizens not to destroy these places. Instead the urges them to do everything queen wasp would have hated. Paint massive mutuals across the hive walls, and statues, and weavings, and songs, and books :of trees, of all 3 tribes happy together, off all the things forbidden to depict.

She acknowledges that she is not the queen of the leafwings or silkwings but urges them to do the same.

She make any art supplies any dragon my want available to whomever needs it. Funds and efforts are put on her own behalf to decorate the hives herself and find talented artists from all tribes to showcase.

In the decades following the hive hallway are colorful and filled with music. New bold styles are developed in the time of excess. With gemstones in every accessory, silk garments ever popular across hives and scales painting to create dramatic new looks. The most common motive in all of the being trees

Another art form the rose the preforming arts. With trees more available stringed instruments rose back into popularity. Along side this came the rebirth of acting both with stage plays and musical theater which Wasp saw as frivolous and unnecessary. And a new art form the emigres out of this era was drag.

The hives turned from a symbole of operation to a place of creativity and Wonder.
