Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 1/4 cup butter. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies.
Instructions: Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and set aside in a large bowl. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Pour the melted butter and white chocolate mixture over the popcorn, and gently toss to coat evenly.
