we were doing a question night thing w/ ocs and i ended up infodumping about percy/theta

Where is your OC from?: Percival Rowe is a young guy from the east coast of America, having moved to Rapture with a bunch of smugglers that had stolen a sub -- he only ended up going due to having connections to the group as a friend of one of them. He also lived in Greece for a while, but he was very young and doesn't remember much, partially because of his age, partially because a lot of it was repressed due to the state the country was in at the time.

What is your OC's profession?: He doesn't really have one, but he's pretty familiar with mechanic work due to working at a car repair place as a summer job over a few years.

What is your OC?: He's a man of about mid to late twenties and Greek descent, having come from a family of immigrants that had left Greece for America during the civil war in the 40s. After being thrown into Persephone by Ryan due to being associated with the smugglers, who are then associated with Atlas, he gets picked as the eighth subject for the Alpha Series line of Big Daddies, Subject Theta. His younger sister, Dana, gets turned into a Little Sister, at the time. The people there attempt to get him to imprint on her, but he ends up escaping into the outer areas of Persephone. Eventually he just wanders around the entirety of Persephone as a passive Alpha Series due to not having anything to protect, instead feeling naturally drawn to defending younger and weaker people, like the scared, broken Splicers down there, or Little Sisters who lost their protector.

What are your OC's abilities and talents?: Besides being good with mechanical stuff, he also has very enhanced strength as an Alpha Series, though not as much as most of them due to not being completely conditioned or 'done'. He makes use of the Electro Bolt [electricity powers, basically], Incinerate [fire], and Winter Blast [ice] Plasmids for self-defense and helping out things if necessary.

What's your OC like?: He's humble and a bit of a hero type, willing to work for things and go out of his way to help those he cares about (gee whiz could it possibly be because he's slightly based on Perseus of Greek mythos). He's willing to fight for people, and is relatively quick on his feet (though not the best at improvisation). After becoming an Alpha Series, he's a bit quieter due to still being relatively capable of speech, but at the cost of it hurting a lot to strain his vocal cords after what had been done to him. He's also really, really protective of people, and even ends up imprinted on a Winter Blast-using Splicer named Orion Whitaker.
