He has met many along his journey, but this one seemed to be a bit different.  What was it?  There was something to this person, but the ex-captain couldn’t quite place a finger on it.  A way to learn was to simply speak and learn of that person.  Gin would be doing just that, but he would be playing his own game along with that.  What could he say?  He was curious.

“My my.  Yer a new face.  Have ya been a part o’ these games before ~?” he would begin a simple conversation so far.  As someone far use to this sort of thing now, he may be able to offer a little something as well to this individual.  A little fair payment depending on where this went.

It was a wonder how he wasn’t questioning where he was in a more serious way. The holy man did find it concerning, of course. But his mannerisms would show otherwise. 

Kirei was seated at some sort of cafe, a book open in his hands. For some time now.. It was rather busy. From time to time his gaze wandered to those around him before his focus returned to the book before him. But it was questionable as to how much of the literature he was taking in. A dish had eventually been placed in front of him along with some sort of decorated beverage and he nodded the waitress off. Mapo tofu... It was something familiar at least.

And it was before he was about to indulge that he noticed another that might not fit in to the cute atmosphere of the cafe.. Was he looking for a seat? Or just passing by..?

“Have a seat...” 

Luckily for Percival, the man was seated at a table for two. His words weren’t quite an offer.. Rather, an order of sorts. “It’s rather busy. If you’re hoping for a table sometime soon, you’re out of luck today. I’ve come alone so this seat isn’t getting much use.” He motions to the chair across from him before setting his book aside with the intent of digging in to his meal.

She noticed an older gentleman reading a very tattered and old book. She squinted her eyes to try to see the text underneath his fingertips. Which caused her to look like she was glaring at him a bit too long.

The barista called out a name he didn’t hear, but what was set on the table was a hot cup of coffee. Plain and simple. That had to be his. Clint reached for the cup without a second thought and took a sip, hissing at how hot it was he took it from his lips. “Dammit-” Now he looked at the name on the cup.

“Graves?” That didn’t say Barton.

Since he’s not really an animal lover, Ai would go for something that doesn’t require a lot of attention, or something that he could study and could take care of with very precise actions. Maybe a reptile, since he would have little trouble keeping it at the right temperature and giving it the proper food.

It should be noted that animals like Ai to the point where birds will land on him and stray cats will come up to him, so whatever he picks he shouldn’t have too much trouble.
