Edgar’s flat, Muggle London

For someone who hadn’t previously been interested in picking sides in the war, Edgar had found himself becoming very loyal to the Order’s cause. Perhaps because he knew their agenda was what Amelia had firmly believed in, or perhaps because he had come to believe in it too. Despite his lack of interest in politics, he was aware enough of the current political climate to know that Millicent deserved to be in charge, and that Rodolphus Lestrange was merely a puppet for someone far darker. Edgar found himself uncomfortable with sitting on the sidelines, watching the world crumble around him helplessly, so when he was approached by Millicent and Hestia it did not take a lot of convincing to get him to agree with their plan.
Usually they conducted official business the Order castle, but all of Edgar’s art supplies lived in his flat, too scattered around to be properly collected. Hestia hadn’t seemed to mind when he suggested working there anyway; it may be less safe, but it was far more comfortable. The rain pouring down outside made for nice background noise, settling them both and allowing their creative juices to flow more freely. There was a lot of pressure on them both for the posters to be perfect and Edgar was sure they both wanted to live up to expectations. He was determined not to let anyone down again.
He rushed to the door after hearing Hestia knock, nearly tripping over the coffee table in his haste. Edgar ushered her in silently, careful so as not to disturb his neighbours at the late hour. “Welcome to casa del Edgar.” He greeted warmly, cringing slightly at his own wording. People often underestimated how awkward he could be and clearly he loved to remind them. “Sit down anywhere you like, can I get you anything? Tea? Coffee?” Edgar estimated that their meeting would take a while so he was planning a shot of espresso for himself. “Then we should probably get started - we have a lot of work ahead of us.”
