I recall seeing images of her in the show standing tall, fearlessly, while surrounded by the words: “Survivor. Beautiful. Strong.” To her fans, that describes their heroine, Carol. To me, that describes Melissa McBride — a genuine person with a lot of character. When I see her on the show I’m rooting for Carol but I’m also rooting for Melissa. I’m always rooting for Melissa.
