collaboration would be required to get the job done today, & a DETECTIVE agency had been contacted to work alongside scepter four for this mission --- regardless of how he felt, he would be partnered up & forced to work along side them. with a meet up time, saruhiko found himself on the bridge twenty minutes early, his eyes staring out at the vast waters below him ---- a pause as opals widened to the male as he hung just below; the only thing holding him up was a rope tied to his ankle & a loosely made knot to the bridge.
