I've actually played it too. Read those rules, man. includes stuff like this:

 if you make TOO MANY POINTS you get penalized...

make words out of letters but also a bunch of scoring bullshit and if you get this many points then you have to get THIS many points THIS way or you lose THIS many points and here is a giant fucking table of points...

how is this a word and dice game...
