Why are there reels on tumblr. Whatever is happening next, the tags won’t work? The dash won’t load? The images will evaporate completely instead of being a semi-pleasant gradient for a min?

Just saw a reel on the latest Willy Chavarria menswear collection and the comments are absolutely destroying my faith in humanity piece by piece. ‘I just don’t like it when politics enter fashion’, ‘am I a cynic or is it virtue signalling?’ ‘Isn’t it pain as spectacle?’ ‘So can we bring back real fashion without the politics’

Are people blind. Is our own tail so deep down our constricted throat that we deem every genuine attempt at bringing avareness to bloody, shameful issues of our world a pretence, an empty nothingness of virtue signalling?

Has it become so appaling outside that the mere mention of a bitter wind that blows over the backs of countless unfortunate souls seeking refuge and shelter is met with aggression and the desperate barring of even more windows and doors?

Where IS your heart? Where are the crumbling remnants of your shrunken souls. You’d gauge your eyes out if it meant you’d never see another struggler asking you for help.

Pfeh, cut down on my study time this term. Had the collegepoints to spare and I really need the room to breathe. I don't care that it means a bit less money for me in allowance, I just... need. This. A chance to focus on the classes that I do care about and my own art. Don't think I could handle having panic attacks over school deadlines at this time. Art deadlines I can handle but not schoolwork.
