Workout

Ran 10 miles in 1:45. Record for me for longest and farthest run. SO over running, but I still have 4 weeks to go. Plus, I burned over 1,100 calories and spent over an hour in EPOC zone. Not too bad, if I do say so myself.

New Site Helps You Control Google Search Results for Your Name

This article is from 2012, so it's not new, but BrandYourself doesn't seem to  have changed at all. You get three websites that you can "boost" for free by taking their recommended steps. 

It seems that the key here is to put your website out there as much as possible. The easiest way to do this is by sharing your LinkedIn and Blog in as many different places as possible.

I'm going to wait the two weeks to see if my Google Results improve, with the goal of having my LinkedIn as #1. Then I may consider paying $10/mo to boost my blog.
