Uhhhh I just found a podcast on Spotify called Taking Control: The ADHD Podcast and I haven't listened to any episodes yet but??? They cover so many topics from managing RSD/relationships to adjusting your organizational skills to better suit your ADHD to even understanding the random but insistent urge to quit your job that I didn't realize was an ADHD thing but apparently it is??? And it's for adults/students living with ADHD not just "parents who have to 'deal' with ADHD kids" like??? I need to listen and see if it's good I hope it's good

Anyway it's hosted by Nikki Kinzer and Pete Wright so if anybody has listened to it before please chime in and let me know if it's been helpful thank u
