If you have talked to me for more than 5 seconds in the past 8 years, you knew about Peter Nincompoop. The bestest, goodest boy there ever was. He was a grunty, snorty, cuddly little man. He got into everything, and ate anything that wasn’t nailed down. He loved the car. He loved to lay in the sun. He was my baby and I’m so sad he’s gone. He loved everyone he met and everyone loved him. Except the FedEx guy he bit. And the pizza guy he chased through the front yard at my brother’s house. He was a good little guard dog. His little body was ready and he was letting us know. I’m grateful that the process was as smooth and kind as it could’ve been. We were lucky to be his parents. And lucky to have him to make our lives better.
