Chiyo walked in branding new money! thank you Kin. She walked up the Charles and asks "Hey little guy, can I get 3 insta noods, 2 green tea and 5 bouillabaisse's please? (2650) and feeds him some meat.
…Charles wasn’t here. Jean looked a bit uncomfortable as Chiyo came in and held meat out to him.
…He just handed the purchases over.
Chiyo slides in super suave like. "Lets say I wanted to sell #043 Strong Heart, #061 Lightning Storm, and #047 Poison Scorpion separately ... whats the best price you can give me for each individually?"
Miira ducks under the counter before pulling out a calculator.
“Okay so, for strong heart you’ll get....240 yen, Poison Scorpion will give you 90 yen, sorry that one is really cheep, and then Lightning storm is 360 yen.”
She blinks and looks up at Chiyo with a smile, “Still interested?”
Chiyo makes her way eventide. for the last time. Looking up at Hawk she managed to smile brightly "Mornin! It's going going to be a long day and I wouldn't be me if I didn't come here for breakfast. Not my usual today, I'm too nervous to eat that much right now, can I get 2 noods and a green tea please?" She reaches into her wallet and manages to fish up 630 yen before making a face "Wait - I, never mind, I'm 20 yen short" she trails off staring into her empty wallet.
Hawk pulls 20 yen out of his hammerspace (because why keep anything in your pockets when you have a hammerspace, right?) and adds it to the pile of money. “Two insta-noodles and a green tea coming right up,” he says.
Chiyo is kind of nosy and is going to continue to ask about it. "So." she pauses "Did you manage to repack? or did they make you a reaper on the spot?"
“There was no one else around to repact with. The erasures were rather staggered. And... The GM took out a player pair early after having lost his mind.” Hawk taps a finger against the counter, slightly pensive.
“So I became a reaper, though I don’t think I was of particular help that week.” Basically stood around with nothing to do. He hadn’t been strong enough to help out too much with the GM fight either. To be fair, he was basically just standing around with nothing to do this week as well. Besides paperwork and the shop, of course.
He sighs internally. Perhaps he would take the field next time.
