Her smile, bordering on a smirk as it was, softened the chiding of her tone as she settled on the edge of the bed, one leg crossing over the other beneath the cover of her robe. His thanks was met with a dismissive wave of her hand.
“You didn’t throw up anywhere, so all’s well, I suppose. Though I don’t know how I’m supposed to sleep in sheets that smell like you now.”
