and they kept saying girl accept it, you're weird, get over it, denial is a river in egypt, etc, etc

AND I WAS LIKE NO AND DID NOT WAVER (even though i was still sad)

then eventually he got resurrected

Not saying I manifested Kakashi's resurrection but maybe I did

Hi there, love your takes on kakashi, I'm glad to see someone else who I share a lot of headcanon about Kakashi with!! My question is, would Kakashi date a oc without a situationship in question? Like no sexy stuff untill they are dating, if at all? And, if yes, can you state some ideas how it would go?

Like no sex before commitment?

Yes, he could, it just would take a lot longer. I just think the situationship/sex before relationship thing would be his way of addressing the sexual tension/attraction without dealing with his *issues*, and that's why I think it's a likely that that's how he segues into a relationship.

He just has to do a lot of internal work to be ready to enter into a serious relationship with somebody, and it would have to be someone he already has an attachment too as well as attraction, and just the amount of time that would take without sex coming into the equation makes it a little less likely.

But not impossible!

They probably just start off as friends or comrades, not a huge part of each other's lives but have spent time together in certain situations like missions etc, enough to build up a connection. But he just has to do a lot of internal work before addressing on any romantic feelings. And it's hard for me to imagine him pursuing a partner with the interest of a relationship from the get-go, you know? Which is why I think how these feelings would come to the surface would be a kiss or something after a lot of tension, you know? But it doesn't have to necessarily involve sex.

Idk, even the word 'situationship', like yeah I guess a lot of my previous headcanons do entail that kind of scenario but I never thought of it like that, like it's a very contemporary dating issue being applied into a different world so it's kinda hard for me into the specifics of how Kakashi might enter into a relationship in a normal way because I think it'd be very hard for him to? Having relationships isn't an established part of his life and whilst I do see him potentially pursuing sex easily I don't see him doing the same with a relationship unless they already had a super strong connection to each other, which sex helps facilitate.

But again, not impossible! I just don't really know how it would go beyond them developing a close friendship with an underlying attraction, then some tense situation might force that attraction out, like my previous headcanons about them having a bad fight about a mistake on a mission, which might culminate in a kiss. But then maybe the OC can put up a boundary, saying that they don't think it's right for them to have sex. And then maybe it can force him into dealing with his own feelings for this person, and maybe say that he wants to have a relationship with them.
