1. Favourite Human character
I had to think about this…because the main cast are great and all, but none of them are my favorite human. In the end it was between Khatta and Phistus…and I decided Phistus is my favorite.
Not only does he stick to his morals (unlike Pyrrah who was such a flip-flop despite being said and shown before the conflict triggered in Into the Fire to be the cleanest and most honorable crew/person…something they clearly scrapped as the show continued) but he’s had several funny moments through the show’s run time. He also is a strong leader, both physically and in his character, and from day 1 after witnessing the Dragon Booster’s own strength in Opposing Forces (which was kind of a deus ex machina, pulled out of nowhere because DB always wins in the beginning…like all of Beau’s powers do…) Phistus greatly respected the Dragon Booster and if the writing was better (mostly I blame Disney and the limited resources the project had), would have been a very useful ally as conflict rose in the future.
One thing I’m shocked about though is his age…he’s supposed to be 18 I think it was…growing up I thought he was in his thirties at least. X’D I mean look at him:
2. Favorite dragon character
Libris! Libris the Grey Bone dragon! I LOVE this boy. I’m pretty sure his design is a part of what shaped my love of skeleton dragons and was definitely inspiration for BD’s “mirror” ability. I wish we got to see him at least one more time…he was so cool and I love his design so much.
