Phoenix is agoraphobic. He hasn't left his home in two years. Luckily he lives with his brother and sister who make sure he has everything he needs. When he was younger, he was that kid who imagined some terrible catastrophe happening while he was gone. Like the school bus would explode or a meteor would hit the school or maybe even an earthquake. It got even worse after his parents were killed suddenly in a car accident two years ago and he hasn't left the house since. The house is safe. The outside world is not.
It's a good thing their parents life insurance left them fairly well off otherwise he wouldn't be able afford all the items they will need in case the world comes to an end. When he isn't obsessing about the end of the world he's reading books about witty blond vampire hunters or watching bad 'B' movies about the end of the world.
He used to enjoy playing the piano, sculpting and horseback riding. However since his parents untimely deaths he hasn't been able to focus on his creative pursuits and don't even ask him go horseback riding. It's not safe! It's much too dangerous!
