A la rencontre de patients on a parlé de l'art-therapie, j'en faisais deja un peu avec du coloriage pour adulte mais j'avais envis de peindre! Je ne suis pas encore trop bonne mais je vais definitivement continuer car ca me fait vraiment du bien!! As you all know i suffer from Pulmonary Hypertension since im 25, in my case its because my lung arteries were too narrow, therefore my heart had to work twice as hard to get oxygen circulating! Im a phase 3 of the disease and theres only 4 phases, there are no cures, its deadly and progressive!
