Physique Update
Height: 1.68 m / 5′6″

Current weight: 75.5 kg / 166.4 lbs (right May 18)
Goal weight: 65 kg / 143.3 lbs
I am six weeks into my bulk! Due to some unfortunate circumstances I am cutting it short and focusing the next few weeks on mental and physical health leading up to surgery.
Still a long way to go with the muscle building but i’m happy that i’m not as ‘skinny fat’ anymore😅
Let me be REAL with you. Social media is somewhere people post the best moments of their lives and that's wonderful, but it can also make you feel like you're not good enough or as if you're a failure because your life/body doesn't look like someone else's. YOU are unique and your life is unique as well. You're the only person that can make your life as you want it. You don't have a six pack? Neither do I. Your job is not exactly what you'd like to do? Neither is mine. But guess what? I'm WORKING on the body I WANT and on pursuing a job that I WANT. Sometimes social media makes me feel as if I'm not going fast enough because people my age already have their dream job and the dream bodies and I'm still here like WAIT I'M NOT THERE YET!!!! And you know what? It's ok. As I said earlier, our lives are unique and our journey's won't always be the same. Usually, we see someone's chapter 100 while we're still on chapter 20 and it makes us feel as if we're not good enough or doing something wrong but we just have to be patient and work hard. So this is my body right now. After struggling with my diet (but still working out) this is how I look. I took steps backwards in my journey - body composition wise - but I became stronger AF. It's time to reevaluate what I did and change some things to reach a new goal. That's what this journey is about. It's about taking steps forward, backwards, setting new goals, scratching out other goals and working HARD. I hope this little message gets to you and makes you realize that you compare yourself to other's too much and that your chapter 100 will come but you have to work hard to get there and to stop comparing where you're at in your life with where someone is in theirs. So this is MY chapter 20 and I'll keep updating you on each chapter. What is YOUR chapter 20? Let me know in the comments below or by using the #mychapter20
