I finally got a good look over wharf, now that ive fully gained his trust and its seems he definitely has a bad case of pigeon pox, has a small infestation of mites, is severly underweight, and has a strangly healed wing. The best i can do is treat the mites and bottle feed him a super food concoction (which you can see in his mouth) I may have to keep him inside in a night cage since he doesnt actually leave my yard, he sleeps in a bucket i left on my backyard table, and we have alot of wild snakes around. He is definitely a pet that someone abandoned due to his illness, he is too increadably tame to be wild.
