Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced pimientos. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 burger patties. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While burgers are cooking, make the pimiento cheese spread by mixing mayonnaise, grated cheddar cheese, diced pimientos, and chopped green onions in a bowl. Once the burgers are cooked, spread a generous amount of the pimiento cheese mixture on each burger patty. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned.
