GENERAL

This is a heavily headcanoned based indie Alucard of Castlevania, Netflix based with strong influence from the games.

I didn't watch Castlevania: Nocturne cause the ending of the first part annoyed me so much. Therefore I don't know anything much about that part of the Netflix adaptation. Aside from Alucard looking very, very pretty as he should.

I much prefer the game lore in which Dracula continuously returns as a blighted curse so I play around with that concept versus what Netflix did. I take heavy liberties with all canon.

There will be triggering topics such as murder, abuse, sexual abuse, other forms of violence and mental illness.

Alucard is a victim of sexual assault. This is very impactful on his character and does effect how he relates to others even years after it occurred. I do not intend to bring this up often or make it the cornerstone of his character but it is something that may be mentioned as part of his history.

All triggers will be tagged. I do not have any triggers and I am ok with most dead dove do not eat (ddne) content though I do not write it much myself. Do with that information what you will.

HARD RULES

As stated, DDNE content is fine with me. I don't police people with what they write. If they are causing harm in real life, are a bigot in real life, aka this is not a fictional opinion this is their real true opinion, then it's a problem. This will be heavily headcanon based, but I follow a modified version of cartoon canon, 2.0 canon and Future's End / Rebirth canon. Please note I only pay attention to stuff involving Terry lmao. I don't care about comic canon that much and will go with the flow 💜

This blog compiles all superhero universes into one big thing so there's not really any alternate universe/crossovers. This isn't to say there won't be AUs for Terry I might make just that the main verse is a big crossover mess as blog canon. It's a mess and I like it that way.

It seemed his insatiable curiosity would make him one of the most renowned minds in science. Perhaps, that was the problem. Look too deeply into the dark and you might find things that should stay hidden.

They say that he cracked under the pressure. That his claim of illness was really burn out and an inability to rise to the challenge. Where once his name was praised, now it was whispered with regret.
