It'll be uncounterable, so the counterspell just won't do anything when it resolves.

Dictate of the Twin Gods has a replacement effect, so it applies when the damage would actually be dealt.

In your example, the damage would be doubled at that time.

With Trading Post in play, I use it's ability to sacrifice a Wurmcoil Engine, can I target that same Wurmcoil to return to my hand?

No. You choose targets before paying costs, so it's not in the graveyard yet.

If you clone a face down morph, then you have a colorless 2/2 creature with no name, creature types, or abilities. It's face up, though.

If you gain control of an opponent's face down creature, you can absolutely look at it and turn it face up for its morph cost if you want to.

There are 5 turns played after the turn on which time is called. It doesn't matter who takes those turns or if they're additional turns or if turns are skipped, etc. Five turns will be played.

Yes.
