The colour is only medium-light, but with a bright purple tint. The aromas are of bright red and dark fruits, translating to intense, sweet, ripe palate flavour backed by firm yet restrained tannins over a core of sweet fruit. A pinot of depth and persistence; young now, but with good structure and lots of potential. Best 2014 to 2023. 13.5 per cent alcohol. 91/100 (Huon's Wine 360)
