I read a book that normalized hearing voices because there is a stigma that instantly you’re unstable if you do indeed hear them. And so many people do hear them and just don’t say anything!

I hear voices. I mean, they’re not the typical ‘evil voices’. I often hear a masculine voice call my name when I know for a fact I’m alone and occasionally I’ll hear a question and reflexively answer it (always yes or no) when again, I am alone.

But it doesn’t hurt me. It doesn’t hurt anyone else. I’m not slipping. I think a lot of people hear voices and it’s very normal.
