It would not be an exaggeration if I told you I showed off my pinky strength of my right hand at least 20-30 times with different weights of these kettle bells. Likewise I had about the same attempts of lifting #factoryweightsuk 78 KG “Dug Bone”; as previously mentioned managed to lift it; that is completely off the ground by around an inch but was unable to replicate the lift although managed to move one end. This also put immense strain on my chest.
