This fandom baffles me in how much it like hates the Minotaur, like I have seen this fandom treat the like of the Titans & Giants who have done so much worst than him so well. Like people fixate on the fact that he took Camper necklaces as war trophies while glazing the murderous groomer that is Luke Castellan. I am seeing so many people writing deep metas on Medusa & rightfully bashing Poseidon & sometimes Athena for her hand in her torment, yet not one single person do I see mention the fact that the Minotaur is as much as a victim of the gods as she is. LIke the Minotaur is literally a darker mirror to Percy in a way that is not talked about. This is part of the reason I am so baffled by the fact that people are raging about the idea of monsters getting redeemed as if many of said monsters were made by the gods.
