This also made it hard to choose a major for them. I ended up picking the one that I thought would do best in the poll. Then after I first released the poll, they were immediately in last place. 😂

Yup. Their popularity rose though and now they’re tied for first place. Still there’s a chance Ditto will have to completely start over with their major.

hai!! random question but in your pokemon challenge does the spouse have to have a particular secret or is this mainly whatever secret we pick to build plot?

Hi! It's just to build plot. There aren't a lot of legacy challenges that build breakups in, so I wanted to keep it open-ended.

Some ideas if you need them are:

cheating spouse

cheating spouse AND they have a secret second family!

spouse is an occult... how they hid it this long is anyone's guess but that'd be messed up if they did

Maybe they lost their job 👀

if you have Basemental, there's plenty of different terrible things in there your spouse could want to keep secret from your heir...

So I got too eager to start @simmancy ‘s Poke-Legacy Challenge and with all the other game plays I’ve seen of it so far, they didn’t help much either. So I’m officially starting mine as something fun and easy to do between stories ^^

I started a little challenge to make my Pokemon Yellow Replay a bit more fun. I will only use pokemon which Ash used in the anime, exactly when Ash had the pokemon. So far its going pretty well :]

It’s no secret that I really love Pokemon. And I wanted to do something special with all the Pokemon sims I’ve made over time, and continued making, and there’s so many parts of the game I’ve never tried (especially collections). Sooo... I started creating something that challenged me to try out new things and new trait combinations, but still has a lot of freedom to pick and choose. And I’ve come up with The Pokemon Challenge!!

This is a six generation, “build your own” legacy challenge based off of the Pokemon games--it’s designed to offer both storytelling opportunities as well as new gameplay.

Trainer Tips!

The concept is to “choose a starter” and then build the rest of your Pokemon team--which is why it’s six generations.

though of course, nothing is stopping you from doing every generational option.

In the spirit of Pokemon, this challenge has a large emphasis on collecting different things. A “family museum” is a cool way to show this.

Each potential generation is based off a Pokemon type--for extra challenge, try double-typing!
