Is it possible to start with MAT 201 if you don't get a 5 on the BC Calculus exam?

This whole math placement exam is really messing with my summer jam
A few things. I finally did apply to my local community college and was accepted. (Although, I’m pretty sure a gorilla would be accepted, considering it took them less than 6 hours to give me a student ID...)Now, all that’s left is the placement exam. I start in the fall semester. (Go me!) I loathe my current job, but the only way I can see moving forward is by going to school. Something I put off after high school because I was too busy being a drug addict. >.> Seven years later, I’m finally ready to step foot back into a classroom! I’ve been studying my ass off for the placement exam, trying desperately to refresh my memory of the algebra I learned in high school. Although I’m not going to be majoring in anything relating to math, I still want to at least try and score decently haha.
Aside from that, I’m still currently working on Experiment X: Book 2 and trying to figure out at least a vague outline for book 3. I probably will use 0% of the outline, but hey, still gonna try. Ha!
Also! I need to find some blogs and such to review Experiment X: Sacrifice. I’ve been putting off promoting for such a long time now. Hey, I’ve been pretty busy lately.
So, I have to wait until April to fill out the application for my local community college. If I were to do it now, and start with the spring semester, I would only have 5 days to study for the placement exam. And that’s not okay. Because I forgot how to math.
does anyone know of any websites that can help you review french for a college placement exam?
I'm going to take my language placement test after midterms are done. I'm just not sure if I want to take Spanish placement and hopefully ace it so I don't have to take a language or take Italian placement and learn Italian.
Do I have to make an appointment to take my placement test? Who do I contact?
You can make an appointment when the advising planning form goes up on SOLAR. Should be up around the same time as orientation dates in mid May.
