( plainjae )
Youngjae’s always had a weak heart and tears and cries especially get to him. When he sees the box and the three kittens inside Youngjae doesn’t have the heart to leave them especially since he knows that it’s going to rain later. That’s the reason why there is a box of kittens sitting on the counter at the bookstore he works at. He’s lucky that they don’t get a lot of customers and he got permission from the owner to see if he could try to get one of the customers to adopt one. Youngjae would love to but unfortunately he’s allergic, he doesn’t have the money to take care of them, and the apartment he lives at doesn’t allow pets. He sighs as he plays with them to pass the time, “I hope people come and take you guys.” He says as he sneezes again.
( nahkt absolutely fucking loved cats and kittens. he couldn’t really explain it, blamed it like he blamed all of the things he didn’t understand about himself on tutankamun, but when one of his headphones slipped out and he heard the soft little mewls, head snapping up at attention. tucking his book under his arm, the student walked over to the counter with an uncontrollable grin on his lips. he couldn’t name a bookstore off the top of his head that sold kittens, but he didn’t really have it in him to give a damn so long as he got one. ) “why the kittens?” he asked softly, lifting a ring covered finger and grinning when the kittens began to bat at the dangling little chains. he needed one, it was official. he needed a baby for suhaad to fuss over. “and how can i get one?”
